I called them and the guy was talking with impolitely and unprofessionally way and hangs up the phone while am talking.
They don’t deserve even 1 star as long the treat customers like that.

Excellent modern clinic for visitors...I visited for a recurring ear issue that returned while on holiday in Phuket. I was welcomed outside and escorted up to the clinic reception. The clinic was very clean and modern. Even on a Sunday, I was seen quickly. The nurse and doctor both spoke excellent English. The exam and diagnosis were very similar to my experiences in the U.S. and Hong Kong for the same issue. The gave me full instructions with the medicine and all the paperwork I would need for insurance reimbursement. My U.S. credit card was full accepted. Ramps were available to the entrance. Thankfully, the taxi driver, full of Thai hospitality, waited for me so that I would have a ride back to the hotel.

Unbelievable service. I came in on New Year’s day with a sprained ankle after some evening debauchery. They took me immediately for an x-ray and sent me home reassured and with medication in hand within 45 minutes for less than $100 (USD). Was amazed and grateful.

Highly recommend. You can call them first to see if they have resources for what you need.

me and my girlfriend had an accident during holiday resulting in stitches and could of deep wounds that were not healing nicely.
after we eventually went to the City Care we were both taken care of really good and very professional. you can easily tell that people working there know their job and wish best for their patient.
I can really recommend this place.

“Excellent quality, good service”
We had early dinner here last Sunday. The dining room was fairly crowded and the crew was setting up for a busy night with reserved signs popping up on many tables.
The menu selections were plentiful, food portions were above average and the quality was great. Hot food was served hot and cold food cold.
Regional Thai cuisine based on flavors found in Phuket and other areas of southern Thailand.

This is a reminder for the staff to update their Google information.

This clinic is closed completly. There is a sign once you walk through the initial lobby that you can call the doctor and she will come in 30-60 min.

Modern clinic, everything looks new and clean. Doctors helped me with skin rash.
