I’ve got Civid19 on 16/05/22 and designed to get medical package at the hospital due to its holiday so I don’t want to wait the package sending by post. I think many patients so i had to wait around 2 hrs and the queue arrangement is not good enough even I registered online already. During Home Isolation for 10 days, they followed up via line every morning and gave good recommendations. Overall is great. Thank you very much for good service ????????

I got my first and second PCR test in Piyavate hospital, my hotel arranged the test before I arrive to Thailand witch is include the package, when I arrived there are a car took me to the test and after 7 days I went by taxi.
And today I went for my travel test, I paid 2500 Bht (the result after 12 hours) the cheapest price in Thailand because I asked BNH hospital about the price they said 6500 Bht (the result after 24 hours), and one of my friends told me the price in Bumrungrad hospital is 4500 Bht.

Here they have English, Thai, Arab and Chinese speakers. I’m not sure about German or Japanese language. There are 2 bldg in Piyavate hospital. The 1st building is the hospital bldg with a canteen on the 2nd floor. It is clean but not poshe. This place also provides efficient PCR testing for Covid at a cheaper price in town. The photos I posted here are the TRIA bldg, which is behind the main one. It’s like another world with a luxurious touch, a bistro (food very delicious), a world class spa with onsen and Thai massage. Sorry since photos of the onsen and warm water jacuzzi pool are not allowed to be taken, so they’re not here. Asking for promotional discounts make a huge difference. Forgot to mention the fitness and pool on the 2nd floor. Great for relaxing!

Went for the 2nd PCR test for the Test and Go scheme. I had to book an appointment slot in advance on the hospital’s website. The testing site was in the parking lot opposite the hospital’s 7-11.

Very efficient process because within 5 minutes I was done with registration and the swab. There’s a QR code to scan afterwards to see the results. I recommend going when it opens at 9am because there was no queue and results were in by 4pm.

went for pcr test on night time. there are many people waiting there for pcr test as well. waited for 1 hour just to pay the bill. after i pay the bill, they didnt tell me that we need to put the paper inside the box so that the nurse can call my name. after waiting for long time around 45 mins, i noticed that other people is putting the paper inside 1 box to be waited to call up for name. the box is in thai words. they should have at least tell me to put the paper in the box, instead they just tell me to wait to be called. cant expect such service to be provided by a private hospital.

Got covid and register home isolation program with the hospital. The process is quick and free (I'm Thai). For the whole recovery period, the nurses have been super attentive and really check on you if you are okay.

Overall the service is nice, all staffs coordinating via Line are very helpful during 10 days of home isolation. However, on 15 May 2022 that I went on-site for the PCR test and picked up the covid 19 medicine package, the electricity went out so I had to wait for the medicines for an hour and it was sizzling. I went to ask the staffs that responsible for the home isolation patients to please give me a call when the electricity come but they were not helpful and were not trying to help.
