Visiting here for the annual check up and the overall is good as usual. The staff are very professional. The process is compact and clear. Thb 150 complimentary voucher is valuable enough while waiting for the lab test although the price of foods here is high. Finally , ending up with the coffee which brewed by robot and this is awesome.

Computer system down …. Been waiting for 2 hours for a COVID test. Basic ART test is 700B and 1320B for test + medical certification (good for a flight). Result within 3 H. Test from 8am to 12am

Brought my son here because he has a tummy bug. Pediatrics won't accept children with a fever (tested -ve ATK yesterday).

We were sent to an area behind the ER where we're sitting outdoors in summer next to a road with pollution from cars for pre-screening!

Nurses didn't change gloves or disinfect equipment especially when there was a suspected Covid case right before us in the queue! Appalling standards and safety measures.

I went to this hospital to get a wound dressing changed. What a horrible experience. The registration process was very stressful and I almost walked out rather than stay for the treatment. They frustrated me and were all asking different questions at the same time and by the time I was complete I was a nervous wreck. The Doctor and nurse that saw me were lovely and had no issues with them changing a dressing. Then the fun started. I explained I needed a fit to fly certificate from the Doctor that would allow me to fly with a small broken bone in my foot. They then sent me away on a small transfer caddy car to another building. It seems that after explaining numerous times, they thought I wanted a Covid fit to fly certificate ???? so I got taken back to the initial building where I saw a Doctor and got what I required. After that it was payment time. Take a ticket and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait ???? three times during my visit I was close to walking out of that hospital. It was a stressful horrible experience. I hope I never return and cannot recommend.

This is a five star hospital with top medical specialists, latest and modern medical equipment that provides a full range of care from fever to air ambulance and medics. International insurance accepted.

The nursing staff are friendly, professional whilst also providing international interpreters for almost all languages. English is second most prominent language spoken.

Expect fees to be slightly more than lesser known medical facilities but the value, the medical approach by good and experienced doctors, equipment and professionalism u003d quality at your right price. Thailand will forever be an important international medical hub in the region and on the global scale, Bangkok Hospital speaks for itself. BDMS also involves itself in philanthropy activities, personally that’s a must… noble thing to give back to the communities.

Staff are professional and very helpful, most of them can communicate in English and Arabic very clearly. The waiting time to get the service is something that needed to improve. Spent 3 hours for seeing the doctor, getting the therapy and still having to wait 45 minutes to make a payment.
