For South Indians, Asoka restaurant is the best option in Bangkok. Plenty of rice, alu bhangan, rasam, curd ofcourse with powders and pickles. One may feel little crowdy in peak lunch hour, food is much delicious.

One of my worst food experiences in Bangkok. This Indian restaurant has a sizable sitting capacity with buffet system (no table service). Staff is not at all professional and very rude. Quality of food served is really poor. They made you wait for over 15/20 minutes to refill the finished items from buffet. The overall hygiene and cleanliness levels of restaurant are also very poor. This place definitely needs a major overhaul very shortly to stand a chance in gowning competition within Bangkok's Indian food space.

Asoka is indeed a gateway into India, a place to immerse oneself into the culture of India through its cuisine. The food is fabulous even though most of their clients are tour group and they are serving buffet. The standard of food does not change even though they cater to the mass.

I've been here many times and even hold functions in this restaurant and I'm very satisfied with the food and services.

Ambience and their service is the best..
Staff is very Friendly and Very Quick.. Infact, their Pattaya restaurant is also one of the best and I will definitely recommend their both the restaurants for best Indian food..

Huge space with sitting place for 400-500 pax. Food average with no table service. Staff very arrogant. They listen to tour guide / DMC only. No value of Indian tourists. Don’t ask for this restaurant from your supplier. Very poor quality seviyan / rice kheer in desert section will be served.

Nice ambience.
Lobby and dinning area are excellent.
Rooms are not that upto mark neither is the swimming pool very clean.
