The temple building is beautiful. It is a temple to serve local people. Not a tourist site. We only spent 5 minutes to take a few photos.

Good place for visit with family or alone. Thai people have entrance for free rest people need pay about 200thb in evening is there little more people.

I arrived for funeral rites.

The place could use more maintainance and the monks perchance should not hit up mourners for extra money after the event.

It just felt very cheap, despite not being cheap (I paid 1/3rd). They have a saying in Thailand, the dead bankrupt the living.

I hope if I die in Thailand, a better place may be found for me to have water poured over my hand (like my own home).

And to have any, if any prayers said (I will be judged on my own merit, not whatever others said about me) in the same place, hopefully by people who care about me, not people paid for it. I believe a heartfelt prayer from someone who cared, it with them million prayers from paid monks.

To me it feels just like a machine to extract money from poor people who already have been devastated by the loss of a loved one and have little money to give, rather than a place where their loss may receive soothing and healing.

Of course, I am just a foreigner who doesn't understand anything, I can only refer to my personal experience and feelings.

Past that, in Hua Hin there are many more beautiful temples to visit and I hope and pray you will never the need to visit this specific temple.

Makes a nice change from the seafront.
Attractive but not a beautiful temple.

Not a lot to see there for tourist but very well used by the locals. Worth popping in if you are in the area.
