It was not bad but depends on your purpose. Maybe it’s enough to take pictures near the swimming pool area for Instagram but the condition inside of the room is poor. The Interior is good but I feel it doesn’t do maintain well and looks old. The door is hard to open and close. Have many cracks in the wall. On the table and other furniture broke much. You can feel springs on the mattress and the low size of a pillow. Towels were not enough to absorb the water. I couldn’t feel the room was clean. And you can hear all of the sounds from outside or next to your room. The refrigerator is tiny and not working well. Don’t have an ice machine. The customers have to buy ice packs from a convenience store. But the nearest convenience store is 300m and have to cross the road at night time. Yes, besides the hotel has a huge shopping mall and gourmet but there will close in the evening and open late. And you can use the Thailand style bus for 10B to the middle of the city and Hua Hin night market in from of the shopping mall but I don't know well the driver push us for paying more on the way back hotel 9 PM. He said here is far and late time. Besides the car has signed for destinations, and a shopping mall too. I paid near Hua Hin night market to the hotel around 100B by Taxi. You can visit Tamarind night market around 80B by taxi. I read that from other reviews this hotel supports a free shuttle bus but does not have any more.
The bus station is near this hotel but doesn't have a schedule enough even though connects to Bangkok too. I paid around 170B to use another station to Bangkok.
Out-terior is good but after you step inside of the room, you might change your feeling. The staffs were nice and kind. I was so satisfied omelet for breakfast. Overall, this hotel is okay but don't expect much for staying the room.

It is the worst hotel I stayed in Thailand. The front desk men can't speak English, the lift down one. Need to work 3mins and take the lift to the second floor. Some water in the pool is a yellow color, breakfast is very bad, don't pay money for that. The breakfast is very local style, order before the day, all taste bad and didn't same the think that you through and order. Only have two good points, first, it is close to the blue spot shopping mall and they will offer two small juice per day for you. The worst things are there is near to the Intercontinental resort, you will angry yourself that why not pay more to stay there.

Big room and close to Bluport shopping, aircon sounded like a jet engine. Still the breakfast buffé 7s closed and what was served was not so good. The most worse coffee on the trip. 1 sip was enough.

It’s a good hotel in a good location, the breakfast was excellent, and rooms clean. Staff are very polite and helpful, my main issue with this hotel was the wifi, it was very bad to the point it was not usable.

The room is clean and spacious! The staff are lovely not only to us but to our dog as well. They are very polite and helpful. This hotel allows pets under 10 kg. to stay. Will definitely come back!

Love this hotel because it has personality and the staff are super friendly. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping does an amazing job cleaning up.

The pool is also a highlight as there is a place to build sand castles and the pool is deep enough to adults to swim.

There is also a children's pool for kids, and internet connectivity is good. There is also ample channels on TV to enjoy if you do decide to stay in the room. The beds are also comfortable.

Located near Bluport mall, the location is perfect with free shuttle service to nearby attractions.

My only complaint is that the breakfast is rather similar daily with limited choices.

Nice little hotel. Breakfast is quite expensive (350THB). Pool water is a bit salty, not that refreshing. Pool area is ok/nice. No pool bar, no services at the pool area. There is a 7/11 next door where you can by drinks/snacks to take with you at the pool. Hotel is quiet, nights are peaceful. Rooms are clean and comfy. There is a big mall right across the street (Bluport Mall).
