Very helpful staff. Got me the most quiet room, checked the aircon quality, gave an air freshener (it didn't stink there at all, apparently just part of service) and forcefully changed one of the light bulbs saying "it must be fixed". Other hotels wouldn't care this far.. :)
The bed is a hard place though.

Nothing great. Very average hotel and pretty overpriced at 1500-2500 baht a night for a very ordinary room. Water pipes (both shower and gun) were leaking profusely. Decor was dismal and the room seemed very old and poorly maintained. Proximity to the beach is its only saving grace. Not recommended.

Edit: the water pipe actually burst an hour before we checked out.

Excellent hotel only us (Lol) because its too far not much tourist, place is affordable for 900 baht , clean, friendly staffs, room is good for couples and 1 kid. Lift is running good condition and the best of the night for it is quite. We changed room 3x for it is broken good thing they're efficient too to give remedy. The pool is 1 for adult and kids as well. This hotel is just opposite side of Mini Van Station, surrounded also with restaurants and fast-food. You must know how to negotiate with tuktuk to visit tourist places, if you can speak Thai its your advantage a minimum of 50 baht for its place maximum of 100 baht if a little bit far. Highly Recommended to visit!! 555

The hotel its just okay for sleeping. Although the great location (near minivan terminal and popular restaurant), matress and bedding equipment are old. Room is felt a bit dusty and may triggers your allergic.

Dropping down from the Van terminal this Hotel is just opposite side of the road ,we try to look for cheaper accomodation along Huahin 51 but never find any, then we decided to grasp this Expensive looking The Beach Hotel might estimately cost ranging from1,800 to 2,500 baht but to our surprised we got the overnight twin bed room for 950 baht, there's a shallow pool with clean shower and restroom, above all, rooms are mostly newly furnished and pretty vibrant indeed, desk receptionist are well helpful and approachable, we would probably back whenever we visit Huahin again.

This place is near to a bar, restaurant, clinic, pharmacy, van terminal, beach and convenient store while quite far from the clock tower, night market, main beach, horseriding experience and Chinese shrine temple, yet are reachable by tuktuk ride minimum of a hundred baht.

Note: faucet or shower water will not pour out if the bathroom lights are off.

Nice clean affordable hotel with friendly staffs. Few blocks away from the sea. Next time I'm in huahin I'm definitely gonna stay there again.

Nice clean Hotel. Friendly staff. Yet to be improved on some small details that make the difference to be perfect.
