Really close to the beach and not far away from big shopping mall. Nice pool. Ok rooms, but abit old inventary. Poor water preasure and wifi in the room.

Reservation with booking.com confirmation for check in in the night. After long time waiting outside with many mosquitos check in to the room. The room is very small we have use the family room. There water damage in the sleeping room with black color at the wall. Very loud neighbors still to 7 in the morning. Check out 9 at the morning and nobody there again. They let.us wait again more 20 minutes that's crazy i have to do better things then waiting more then 1 hour for check ind and out and pay a rate of 1300 Bhat.

Have a two star due to location was bank holidays so my usual accommodation full …..staff miserable, water damaged bedroom floors,grubby white sofa,poor water pressure in shower, toilet seat loose, wood floors scratches,worn condo bedside lamp shades grubby as and small black ants in the bed and bathroom
Left a day early …didn’t complain just left 2000bht 555

The balcony was huge list shapes with garden table and chairs. The location is great. Carpeting in hallways of hotel in need of replacement. Could not find much to do in the evenings in the locality. We had to wait more than 40 minutes for check in. The entire front desk team did great. Free weights to 30 pounds. You can easily walk there.

Cheap and good for local shops
Right on a noisy road. All studio apartments are at the front and have small balcony that are noisy and not ideal. Electric is charged so bear in mind the need for almost constant air con. Beach is near. Very quiet and long although a bit narrow and very few sunbeds which are overpriced

Pool in third floor. Indian restaurant next to condominium. 7/11 on ground floor. In walking distance to two big shopping centers. About 100 metres from the beach. Non smoking rooms. One side of the building faces the main road of Hua Hin. A little bit noisy on that side. No drinking or eating by the pool. Sunshine at the pool only in the morning. Nice pool. Good exercise room open from 8.am until 8.pm. Same as for the pool. Laundry machines on ground floor (40 bath). Tuk tuk outside in day time. About 100 bath to center of Hua Hin (Hilton hotel). 24 hours security. Nice staff. English not to good. Messy ownership. Three English speaking channels on tv. Condominiums with tiles and parquet flooring. Nice bathrooms. Low water pressure. Kitchen with two cooking tops, refrigerator with small freezer, microwave, toaster, waterheater, sink and fan. Forks, knives and other utilities. Parking spaces. Housekeeping two times a week. Small balcony with table and chairs. Elevators. A little bit expensive.
