This place is decorated in a minimalist chic style and has firm, yet comfy beds. It's located on a popular area which has easy access to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, massage spas, and of course.. the beach. It's also a short walking distance away from the station to get minivans to Bangkok. I only gave it 3 stars because the wi-fi didn't work the entire 2 days of my stay, you have to call a number to be let inside when you first arrive and anytime you need to communicate with staff (no front desk service) and the bathroom has a horrible smell when the water is turned on. Oh yeah, and the noisy bar across the street will have you up until the wee hours of the morning if you don't have earplugs and are a medium to light sleeper. It's manageable for a night or two, but probably want to look elsewhere for longer stays. Btw, I stayed in the superior double room on the 4th floor, but was given the wrong room initially with twin beds on the first floor. Had to locate a staff member at the cafe, also owned by the hotel, next door and she switched my room with no issues. It was definitely an upgrade.
