Fully appreciate with the staffs who always willing to help. Slippers and bath robe provided. Breakfast area is great on both side of the resort. The seaside restaurant can’t be miss. Beach is clean. So many good restaurant around the area (walking distance). The only downside would be a limit parking area.

It was our first time visiting Hua Hin, and we are extremely happy with our stay at Putahracsa Oceanside Jacuzzi room. It is a lovely and quiet resort. All the staffs are very polite, helpful and nice. Their service deserves 10/10. Would like to thank the following 3 staffs who made our stay even more meaningful. Boos was the first to welcome us during our check in, upon hearing it’s our first visit, she is very patient and recommend us many nice places to visit. Thip helped us set up the jacuzzi and we enjoy it very much. Anna always greet us when we walk pass the lobby. We were looking for a type of soap and asked the team where we can find it, and instead, 3 of the ladies went the extra mile and helped us to call up the beauty shop and find it for us. We are very thankful and appreciate it. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of selection. Portion is very generous and taste decent. The amenities provided are very thoughtful too. We will stay with your hotel again if we visit Hua Hin, and will definitely recommend everyone to visit Putahracsa.

The property is divided so only the Villas are beach-front while the others are across the street without the beach view.

- LOTS of stairs and would not be a good option for the elderly or disabled (even getting into the bathtub required climbing on steps).
- Bathroom door is not private
- Ants in the room
+ Two parking lots available depending on which side of the property you’re staying at
+ Breakfast was really good and my favorite part of the stay - you fill out a paper of all the unlimited items you want but they are served individually
+ Staff are so helpful and friendly
+ Fridge bar u0026 snacks all included with stay

We had a pleasant stay at Sansky Deluxe Room. Rooms were big and comfortable and the staffs were very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Only the pool villa rooms were close to the beach, whereas for the other rooms we had to cross the street to access the beach.

Our overall experience was good.

We got the best Villa of the resort (La Canna Pool Villa) cozy room, nice pool and clean, staff are extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. A pleasant place with a great dining experience over looking the sea, but expected a bit more service mind from restaurant staff. Enjoyed every minutes of our stay ❤️

The room was wonderful, had all the amenities. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were too! The pool across the street from the beach units, had a bigger, and better pool, then the pool beach side. Food and drink prices were very inflated, even to Western standards. The inclusive breakfast was great, many options to choose from.

Nice and clean villa, great staff service. The restaurant by the sea is superb in terms of view and food qualities.

A guest privacy can be improve, as people outside the villa and adjacent villa can look through the fence or bush and see everything.
