Beautiful small hotel that is impeccable clean. Rooms are large, nicely decorated and the staff are very friendly.

The Villa is located in a quiet alley and you can take a taxi or tuktuk to the center of HuaHin. I think all of the rooms overlook the pool and the upper ones have large balconies. The waterfall feature provides a soothing background noise. We enjoyed breakfast every day. The owner is a nice chap (which makes writing this difficult) Room charges are not too bad.

We ate several times at the hotel and it was very good with reasonable prices. The owners are truly nice people. Beach is not close but a 10-14 minute walk. A bit of a hike into Hua Hin proper but we needed a way to work off all of our Gu0026T's by the pool.

Perfect place for relaxing. Small hotel 16 -20 rooms at the most.Spotlessly clean. Breakfast lovely, with a great selection. The staff brilliant. Always there to help if you needed it. Thankyou for a lovely holiday

We travel to HuaHin regularly and always stay here. We were offered a room with connecting door instead of the family room we booked. Where all the staff can not do enough for you. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and it involves crossing a very busy main road. The Chistmas night celebration was excellent value.

Nice and peaceful stay in Hua Hin. Very nice peole and it seemed most of the staff had a close cohesiveness about themselves. The lacation is 10 minutes walk from the beach and a little bit away from city center itself 20-25 minutes walk. For its price we felt we had very good value for our money.

Baht by Song Teaw or a easy 15 min walk. There is absolutely nowhere to walk to from here although the owner told us that there was a beach over the busy road. I would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly choose this hotel again for myself and my family.
