This small hotel is on a soi with some unfriendly dogs. The part of garage used as the laundry corner is in disarray. Room was fine, though nothing extraordinary. 20 min walk to the night market.

Good friendly owner , free water in the fridge every day .
Washing machine downstairs 40baht and it's big machine. (Stuff What you need for washing is for free )

To night market by walk 20 minutes . Green buses go this way .
Safe area with many bmw and Porsche owners (it's a high class area there ).

I can recommend this hotel, for that price and what you get .

This place is highly recommended. It is inexpensive, but the owner does the real best for you. You can fee the local person's real heart and kindness - it is not the kind of appearing goodness like in 5-star hotel (you may feel they look like non-smiling, etc., but when you see their real heart, you would love it.

Clean budget accommodation in a quiet location coveniently near the minivan station in Soi 51.  Acceptable for the price and standard and a bit of a wander to get to the beachfront.

Lots of evening food sellers pop up between Soi 58 and 56 on the main road around the two 7 Eleven and a Tesco Lotus mini marts. A larger grocery store Golden Place on the corner of Soi 37 for a greater range.  Best option for good Thai takeaway from Dinosaur Market further up Soi 56 and about an easy one kilometre walk, but traffic can be hazardous in the early evening up the narrow Soi 56.

Songthaew on the main road to the airport and a 500 metre walk to the Rong Rueng bus station for bus to Suvarnaphumi; and onto Pattaya, if you want.

Large fridge. Small TV with set top box for feed. Room cleaned late in the afternoon. No change of bed linen on 3 night stay.

The landlord was very good, took good care of us. Nice clean quiet stay. Great!

Very cheap for great room. Very clean. Good location and fantastic owners. I've stayed here 3 times now

+ Quiet at night
+ Good rooms with balcony to hang clothes
+ Indoor parking
+ Many restaurants nearby
- Beach is a little too far for a walk
- No nearby minimarts
- Car parking is packed at night
Bad if you park deep inside, exit will be blocked

Good for bikes, not cars
Walking is too far from anywhere
Won't come here again unless no choice
