The hotel was much worse than it says, don't believe all the good reviews you read about this hotel. It says that the hotel has 4 stars, but I would probably say that it has a maximum of 2 stars. It is right on the main road that goes through Hua Hin, so you would think that it has better sound insulation, but no. When you're inside the room with all the doors and windows closed, it's like you're standing at the side of a highway. The hotel is quite worn out for being relatively newly built, the rooms consist of older furniture, the railing on the balcony is dangerous as it consists of rotten wood and is unstable. Nice staff, but the service is not rated as 4 stars. If you live here, you have to pay if you accidentally break the smallest thing, even if a towel is dirty.
We booked several nights at this hotel thinking it would be good because of all the good reviews, but we checked out early. We will unfortunately never stay here again..

We booked the hotel on arrival for 4nigts.
They were not prepared for us but the room we had was clean, comfortable and the stuff was very welcoming. For people who wanted to stay long and booked at last minute, I couldn't complain.
Two beautiful pools and my favorite is the 2nd floor pool and views.

The beach is minutes away, clean and white sands.
Our toilet was old but clean.
Room service, reception, the stuff, all were friendly and helpful.
They made the experience, amazing.

Short notice booking, we booked 4 nights immediately when we got to reception, but we were welcomed. maybe if we booked earlier they would have expected us.
Our toilet was old but clean.
Overall I will recommend Kiang Haad. The two pools and walking distance to the white sand beach.
Near the Village Market (mall), 7/11, east rooftop, friendly, welcoming neighborhood. I wanted to relocate to Hau Hin after my visit.

It's a nice hotel with a pleasant stuff. It is very close to the market village full of shops and restaurants. It is also close to the beach so ideally place for spending holiday.

Stayed here for 2 nights and encountered a shower problem. Little to no water came out during shower time and improperly functioned hot shower in the 2nd day. At that time, the staff said the water pump was broken. During a shower time with little to no water, the old to nearly broken shower cream bottle was accidentally dropped down onto the floor due to old and unstable back handle. I understood the condition of the water pump and did not blame the hotel, but regarding to the accident, the staff did not try to understand the accident and instantly charge me for the nearly broken bottle with ca. 1/2-1/3 of the room rate. What a shame!
Other cons are privacy and noise. The room has a little door space that let the voice and noise in and out freely and the sliding balcony door does not keep the sound. I could easily hear the noise of the car and other rooms talking.
The good point is the staff at the parking area. He is friendly and does his job perfectly. The hotel location is very good. Closed to the beach and Market village shopping mall in a walking distance. Family mart and 7-11 are on the left and right side of the hotel.

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed in room.
Breakfast was excellent. Lots to eat and hot food, omlette, fried rice, etc.
Only 3 minute walk from the beach.
Two swimming pools, a bit chilly in November but enjoyable when you get used to it.
