This hotel is a pretty good budget hotel. You get water, coffee and kettle, good wifi and a good location next to the night market. Jenny is nice so it's a good option as long as you don't mind paying cash only. There is a nice rooftop area and they serve food and coffee up there.

Room has a very good size, the bed was comfortable, the Location is very good (Close to the train Station, night Market right in Front, beach Just 14 min Walking distance) and they offer everything you need. The room got Long in the tooth but was okay :)

Very good. It has the perfect Location because it is right next to the night Market wich is perfect. It is very Clean and very cheap.

The host was very friendly and kept our baggages in day we left until 11 PM and even offered to host on the sofa of the 3rd floor, where the restaurant is.
Rooms are fitted with A/C, safe, kettle and TV.
The location is very close to central station and entrance is only possible from Hua Hin 72 Street, between the 2 Bird Chill restaurants. Also the beach is like 20 min away from the property.
The night market is right downstair which is awesome; consider the noise if you need quiet place to sleep.
WE haven't tried the breakfast but the terrace on the 3rd level looked very nice and cosy.
The bed linen were not very clean, nor there was a sheet on the blanket (so same blanket used by multiple customers).
Beds were not so comfortable and could be improved.
Rooms looks cleaner in the pictures but the walls were dirty and old-looking.
The wardrobe closets were also very old.

It is so comfortable cozy place in the middle of city center night market where everything is close by ..an amazing friendly owner Jenny makes you feel like home specially when she makes international breakfast and Thai lunch ????

Lovely hostel and staff. Feels like home, a perfect one.
They got all services (food, laundry, taxi, motorbike rent, etc) in good price and good value.
