This is a good hotel for the price and availability. The staff is very good. Rooms are clean. The hotel lacks regular maintenance. You will need transportation to get out and see the sights.

Booked villa 9 with private pool, never got in water as not clean u0026 bathroom stunk of sewage. Also infested with any u0026 small flies. No restaurant on premises. Not impressed!

Real nice resort with clean room, nice balcony to rest and relax. Just few mins walk and u will be able to get foods/drinks from the main streets. Nice place, don't miss it!!!! Gd parking space for bikers!!! RM704

The staff here are very friendly and helpful , but the facility is run down and overpriced, no cable TV all Thai language only no English , no coffee or tea facility in rooms, no restaurant at the hotel only microwaved food or cup of noodles on offer, swimming pool is falling apart tiles missing and black grout from mould, bathroom smelt bad, rooms very dated and in poor condition, it is located a long was from the centre of town and the beach has been washed away and is rocks and debris for the first 20 metres then a sand bar so no good for sunbathing or relaxing, the best locations for staying in Hua Hin are between alley 51 and alley 60 for access to sights, beaches and main street, this information came from our taxi driver as he wanted to give us advice if we ever came again for holiday, hua hin is a beautiful place with some lovely sections of beaches with excellent shopping and sights.

Dirty, Old, Worn out.
the pool is not clean at all. many kind of animal. and i stay in pool Villa. the water supply has problem. Water come out Yellow.
And there are no Privacy in your Villa. the resort near by can see directly to your villa. Also the staff workshop is in the center of Villa area which the staff can see to every Villa.
Eventhough it all look so nice from photo, I highly not recommend at all.
