I booked for a pool view room instead was given a room located on 3rd floor where only get to see the roof of an adjacent building. There was no elevator and we had a hard time lugging our bags to the room. The building looks creepy and spooky. What a shame!

Private pool, as i am swimming there alone with no other guest be seen around.
