Stay here for 2 nights. We booked 2 rooms. One of our room is super nice. Unfortunately, the other wasn't really impressive due to the different floor plan. but overall is very good and clean. Location wise is super convenient despite the limitation of parking lots. Breakfast is not to expect. But not to worry as compensated with the convenient location.

Strategic location for this hotel, around 6mins walking distance to Kim Yong Market and quite nearby Lee Garden.
Excellent service for the staff, they even allowed us to place our luggage before check-in.
They provided public mini lounge area at 1st floor which offers free flow of snacks and simple breakfast, facing street of main road to enjoyed it.
Our room was clean and given quite large rooms, toiletries was fully provided.
The only disappointed thing might be soundproof was not strong enough that you might hear noises from next room. Overall i was satisfied this stay and will make my next visit u003d)

Pro:

Nice bar at first floor, good to bring food there and hangout.

Cons:

Bad designed room, water keep coming out from the bathroom into bedroom

Dirty bedsheets, unstable wifi

Worth the value. Located in the Hat Yai city center. Walking distance to the walking street and food stalls. Quite a large room with many tv stations and well maintained.

A very great hotel. Service is great and room is as other reviews said “excellent”. The porridge is extremely delicious.

Nice and clean hotel, walking distance to Kim Yong market and many famous restaurants. Staffs are friendly. Booked deluxe twin beds. The arrangement of the room is very chic and cozy. Has a sofa and a small table. The bathroom is big enough to take a shower comfortably. Bed is nice and firm but the pillows are a bit hard to sleep in. Water pressure is excellent. Overall highly recommended.

Love the hotel. Love the services. Love the hotel crew. this hotel is near to perfect. Hope the hotel management could provide more parking space.
