A modern, well designed and managed, new Hotel.
This new Residence/hotel is a "true pleasure" to stay at! It is well designed and built-- and the management is very professional/helpful. The in room internet is fast, The room amenities include a full bathroom, a well equipped "kitchenette" which includes a fridge, microwave, stove top , dishes and pots and pans. One can park a car on the street, or in a nearby garage-- and is free. The neighbourhood where the hotel is located is a "bit remote" from other "travellers attractions"-- but there are plenty of places with a broad variety of food,,, and other places where one also can purchase fruits, vegetables etc. We rented 2 rooms, were very satisfied and look forward to our next visit!!

+ Friendly staff.
+ Big room.
+ Enough storage space.
+ Well equipped kitchen with pots, dishes, stove, fridge, kettle.
+ Bed a little bit hard, but still comfortable.
+ Shower with door.
+ There are several restaurants and a 7eleven nearby. Fruits and vegetables are a bit hard to find.

- The hotel is a bit outside. You need a Taxi / Grab to get to the city center.
- The water pump was very loud and ran the whole day and night night.
- Unfortunately there was a bar / disco nearby, where music was played until 3 am. It was very noisy.

Very unfriendly and uncomfortable atmosphere staff change there words for 100 bath and made us uncomfortable while checking out not recommended at all
