Positive: Great location, spacious u0026 clean room. The receptionist is good and can communicate well in english. This Hotel provide private parking to each room which is very convenient and safe. It provide all the basic amenities and my kids love the bathtub, equipped with the Jacuzzi. Who need a pool when you can enjoy the Jacuzzi inside your room.. Negative: It is better if hotel can provide iron and iron board in the room..

Negative: The sink at my room was leaking make the whole bathroom wet, not really comfort to use, and this is the 1st time i am staying at hotel when i request extra pillow they charge me, weird thought only if request matters..

Nice place, very convinience and affordable for family to take 2 rooms. Bathroom with jacuzi...no view as just hotel at outskirt of hatyai...but recommended for family and for those travelling with own car

Quite far from town. Not easy to find food. If you're driving, then ok. The room is clean u0026 nice
