Great atmosphere of the building and friendly staff. Clean facilities, feels rather safe and new, locate near by city area and university. Budget service apartment, with a very good price for its environment and facilities in which quite simple and more of a modern design.

First, thank you for allowing us to change the date of stay. It was a road trip from Singapore to Cambodia. When we were refused entry into Cambodia the plan had to change. So thanks for allowing us to change the date of stay or would have wasted a lot of money. Good security. Can only get entry to the hotel by card to lift lobby. Rooms were great and have a Balcony, if you choose to smoke on the balcony, please do not throw ash and butt down. There are shops within walking distance. After days on the road, the laundromat was a nice thing to have. A chance to have properly washed clothes.

Very Nice. Very Clean. Affordable Price. Near Greenway market. Near City Center, arr 10 - 15 bath with Grab Car.

There is a washing machine, vending machine and very helpfull receptionist.

Breakfast served with bread, tea and coffee. A good taste for starting day.

I will stay here again when visiting Hat Yai. Thank you :)

The location is strategic. Its close to every attractions point. It's quiet unlike Lee garden. Budget stay yet great service, nice room n balcony.

New, tidy rooms , good value.
30 bath washing machine at ground floor.
Late check out at 200 bath per hour. More a penaly than service.

the room was superb..a bit far from main attraction if you decide to walk..but easy to get grab...and the staffs were very helpful and friendly...❤️

Excellent apartments...super clean, helpful staff, quality furnishings and comfy bed, excellent location with a wide variety of restaurants/stalls to choose from.
