We came to this hotel with group of 30 people. Room service is good and staff are attentive. Room also good, only two or three members changed rooms due to lack of facilities. Even in my some small faults are to correct like door lock is loose, shower changing job has some problem. Rest all are good. Totally 16 floors and in each floor around 20 rooms. Really nice and I prefer this hotel. Overall Nice.

We stayed at this hotel four years ago and it was fine so we went back, big mistake: Where to start, air con not working properly, circulating air but left it dirty and not much change in temperature, fridge not working, hair dryer not working, bed side light not working. Room walls needed good clean and new decoration, bathroom needed replacing. All in all needed a lot of maintenance and upgrading. Can't recommend.

Worse ever hotel experience!
My family and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during Christmas 2018. The size of the room for three persons is very big, but the design is totally outdated, especially the washroom (washbasin and bathtub are very old and not really functioning) and the painting on the wall get mouldy. What a disgusting bathroom.
During our stay for three night, everyday there would be someting missing, because the cleaning lady didn't provided those stuffs for us:
1st Day, a big towel was not provided, even though they knew that the room was booked for three persons.
2nd Day, shower gel and shampoo were partially not provided.
3rd Day, a small towel was not provided, even though the same cleaning lady knew that the room was booked for three persons.
During our check-out, the receptionist called the another cleaning lady (the previous cleaning lady was on leave) to check if there were anything missing, then only they would return our deposit. It took them about 15 minutes to checked the room thoroughly. Then they called the receptionist and accused us, that we stolen one small towel. We explained and complaint about the big towel, shower gel and shampoo as well as the small towel that were not provided to us during our three night stays, then only they apologized to us for wasting our time and tried to cheat on our deposit.
Beware of this old fashion cheater hotel! They purposely not giving you enough stuffs (towel, shower gel etc.), so that they have chance to deduce your deposit during check-out.

I just back from my vacation in thailand. My room bit mess couse i did. By the way is nice room satisfying viewing, if the higher room is better. the hotel's good food can also choose a variety of foods. the hotel is also close to the night market just a short walk away. but one problem is that the charge phone is too far from the bed, and the plug is too close to the light switch so the charge can not enter.

My luggage was broken during my stay n they did not take any action or responsibility for that. I am sure that was happen because their staff stepped on my luggage unpurposely. The worst thing, the hotel manager did not come out to solve this problem when i asked to. In the end, i left this hotel with nothing solve. Bad service.

Great location and good wifi. But rooms really old, carpets stained and doesn’t looked like its been cleaned for years. Rooms and just the whole hotel is smelly. Better options around

Good, clean and tidy hotel. Located strategically just a few streets away and within shortwalking distance from the bazaar and the night street happenings.
Happens to stay with the view facing the railway tracks and grand station.
