Affordable restaurant. Just pick those on menu W fixed price (avoid anything that counts on weight, eg squid). Otherwise nice environment and good food (not tom yam though)

Price is surprising very reasonable for the location. Food taste also yumm ! Just a little salty ????

Price is reasonable for this location. However, the waiters u0026 waitresses need to be more attentive to customers. They were mostly in group chit chatting unless being called to serve . The singer needs to improve as it gives a dull and sad ambiance rather than a lively u0026 energetic one.wasted for such a nice place.
Reservation was fast through fb messenger. But the service there isn't really to our satisfaction.

The ambiance is fantastic . With a great Thai talented live band singer . The food is fabulous and the service is world class .

I will definitely come back to patronise this restaurant when I visit Hatyai again in the future .

Nice view on the hill overlooking Hat Yai city. Recommend to come before 6pm and reserve a good view table. Deep fried pork leg is a must. Food is served quite fast although restaurant is full.

Bon Khao Restaurant is located right up the hill inside the Municipal Park Hatyai u0026 is in existence for a very long time. Those days, say maybe 15 years or more ago when you are in Hatyai and you mentioned deep fried pork knuckle, Bon Khao restaurant will definitely be the number 1 choice.

I haven't been up to Bon Khao restaurant for quite a long time and this time we came with a couple of friends, which means we can order abit more dishes. Pork knuckle was our no.1 choice, true enough we were not disappointed, it was just simply delicious. Deep fried sea bass was beautifully done and tasted awesome. Overall, I would say Bon Khao did a great job delivering delicious dishes and I would recommend this restaurant after you walked around the shrine further up the hill. Descend to this restaurant to dine and watch the Hatyai city comes alive at night with city lights one by one lighted up. The open air dining area just outside is a relaxing and soothing place to sit and enjoy your food.
Service staff here are attentive and anytime willing to turn into photographer should you need help to capture your memories. Price wise fairly reasonable.
Nothing beat a natural hilltop ambient with city view and natural cool breeze to bond friendships/family members dining together with delicious thai foods. Good place to come for your own personal experience.

Probably one of the most scenic restaurant I ever came across. Built on mountain facing Hat Yai city, it's a such great beautiful experience to eat here.

The food is average and the set up is old but they great service.
