Absolutely outrageous what this hotel allows.
We were put in the room next to 3 young couples. I'm sure the hotel wasn't fully booked.
The young people were very load all day, knocking, talking loadly in the corridors. At night they decided to through a party. I woke up at 1.20am from the super loud techno club music coming from the next room, people talking loudly in the room and in the corridors, slamming doors constantly, there were a lot more people than just 3 couples. I assume the young people rented the rooms for 1 night to turn it into the club.
I called reception, she didn't do anything, I called again 20 min later, she went to talk, but it didn't do anything. Later my husband went down to speak to the receptionist but she didn't prioritized our problem. He than shouted at people next door. I went down to explain that the reception had to stop it, the hotel had to call the police if people didn't listen. It's against the law to make noise like that so late.
The receptionist knew there was a party happening even before I told her, you could hear the noise from the room at the reception, I also saw random people coming from the street and going to the room.
Because we shouted at them, asked to call the police they stopped finally at around 3am, I still heard noises of people cleaning up and going to sleep untill around 3.30
Also it was my husbands birthday the following day!Thank you PM Residence for making its so memorable!
Staff was sorry the next day, but they didn't do anything to compensate it. The rooms are actually less modern than on the pictures. The hotel wasn't up to the standard I expected, on the first day the sheets were with stains, floor was dusty.
Unluckely the next day we didn't have any electricity from 9am untill 8pm. Swimming pool was occupied by families the both days when I wanted to use it.
Room is spacious, on the second day they cleaned it nicely, everything works very well and the free mini bar is a lovely gesture. Staff was able to speak English, some better than others.
But we didn't see any help from them and I see a lot of their fault in the situation with party people, they could have easily prevent this from happening .

I am not sure how to rate this place, The price and everything is reasonable but my first impression is really not good. I booked the room for 2 nights and they gave me the room on the 2nd floor (which was very low as it was over the entrance to the car park) which if I look out the window the view will be the street and the opposite apartment which I am cool with because of the low price but I went to check if it is possible for me to change the room to the higher floor. Who wants people to see you laying on the bed chilling or walk out of shower in a sexy towel wrapped around you, right?
I went down to check with receptionist which responded to me unprofessionally, I was not screaming without understanding, I was simply asking if I can change and if you explain to me nicely that it is not possible because of the room is all booked or what ever I get that. Here is the thing. The staff reaction, did you have to be that annoyed about customer needs? Keep it professional, if you can't then explain, and if you can then change it! We were moved to a higher room that was fine, however why were we first sent to a lower quality, street facing room? Also there was no need to address me in a negative way after changing room - 'There is no more room higher if you are not happy with this new room' Who says something like that as a service staff in hotel? That's the end of my impression honey, I don't like your service.
The front desk was also understaffed at all times, there were 3 families that came in at the same time but there was only 1 staff present who would also answer the phone as well. I feel bad for the staff and the customers.
The bed is super clean but other than that as you can see in the pictures I added there was a lot of stuff that wasn't clean/a lot of hair around the room when we first arrived. Like the maid cleans what she can see, not clean the whole room.
I gave 2 stars because of the price I get and the room I have at the end is reasonable but I am not coming back sorry.

Superb room. Cozy, relax and clean! Yeah! Clean that I love the most! Ha..ha.. ample parking either for cars or motorcycles. Swimming pool on the top of the building. Everything was good but they need to consider water pressure for a little bit of shower enjoyment. I definitely will return to this place again. - Happy Guest

Conclusion:
I would definietly stay here again if I had to be close to the Bus Terminal for other travels, I think for 1-2 nights it's perfect to visit Central Festival, the ASEAN market etc. But you won't really experience Hat Yai in this area. The receptionists are kind and helpful, for the price you pay it's really worth it.
Positive:
+ A nice and comfortable hotel in general, the standard room has
a good size with a spacious bathroom.
+ The receptionists were always helpful and tried their best to answer questions and give recommendations.
+ The pool! Amazing pool for such a small hotel! Loved it - however, there are some restrictions to follow..
+ The location, not too far from Central Festival and Bus Terminal and also ASEAN night market.
+ Comfortable bed, free snacks and drinks in the room which is refilled everyday!
+ Rented a scooter, which the hotel helped us with! Got it in less than 10 min upon request, so much better to get around with - especially around this area.
Negative:
- Location. It has pros and cons, better to stay here if you have a vehicle or is there only to be close to the bus terminal/central festival. For walking it is not really recommended, especially in the dark cause there's no pavements nor good lightning.
- The cleaning. Generally it was great! However, the cleaning lady forgot to check the cupboards, where some trash was left after previous guests. :(
- The room. It was exactly like in the pictures, except the lightning. I don't know why, but it made a big difference with other kind of lamps and lightning than in the pictures.
