Very nice staff, variety of breakfasts and freshly brewed coffee, convenient location, clean rooms, comfortable, indoor parking is very convenient. Impressed with everything here. Some things can do better than a 4 star resort. Value for money. Thank you :)

Absolutely disappointed , no service at all unless cashier which was really unhelpful. I stayed in Felix room type which cover three adults. Three amenities has provided but for pillow, towel, and blanket has to be charged 500฿. Then I complained it was nonsense because it already cover three adults. After that staff has apologized right away and provided those stuff nicely. However, when we checked out, 500฿ was still charged. I feel like hotel just robbed me. In addition, room was really unclean as I found used cotton buds, toys inside sofa, and load pf dusts hiding in curtain. Really

Room and hotel environment very nice u0026 beautiful, especially swimming pool area. But service can be improved. Booked room with promotional price but was not honored during checked in. Luckily the manager came to solve my problem, otherwise I'll leave the hotel to other place. Really need improvements.

Very nice and clean. The hotel is new and well maintained. Service was great. Friendly staffs. Good breakfast. Recommended.

Very new. Clean and spacious room with adequate facilities. Nicely decorated. Breakfast was average but coffee was great.

The room and facilities were great. Only when we were there, they closed the pool. I think they should do it during week days. We were very much looking forward to it.

I would definitely stay here again... Quieter part of hatyai yet not too far off the town...
