There is 2 wing in this Hotel, the new wing is at the back and the price of the room is higher compare to the old wing, you can access through a small walkway link to the old wing that will bring you to the main walking street
Room in the new wing is clear and hardware is also New which is what I like.
Will stay here again for my next trip

This hotel has 2 receptions and I stayed in the older dreary portion of this hotel. Room was as basic as it gets but reasonably clean. I was disappointed initially that I was not able to pay by credit card until I kicked up a fuss and the receptionist had to run over to the newer wing to use the credit card device. She returned after 10mins.
This is the only hotel I know from my experience in Thailand that insists in holding your passport. Since I paid for the room, I insisted there was no need to keep my passport and was stern about it and the staff relented. Location of this hotel is convenient. Secure parking for motorbikes

Limited car park, experienced parked by road side and was lock by police, spend 700baht to settle the issue.

Good lobby. Good room. Good and friendly receptionist.
But toilet need to be improved.
And don’t understand why receptionist insists on keeping my passport, they don’t have the right to keep other people passport. Only the police or immigration has the right to keep our passport even then we have to have had committed a crime.

. A nice hotel for tourist with average rooms and amenities .Place is clean but always crowded due to its proximity of the Hatyai walking street. A fair deal with the prices of rental here which is overall median in.the vicinity. Recommended if you're looking for something in mid price range but have to endure a crowded and noisy hotel.

Good walking distance to the Central Departmental Store, 7-eleven, restaurants u0026 noodle shops. But hotel lobby is too small for the many hotel guests u0026 the foul smell along the corridor needs to be fix fast. The hotel rate is too high for the obviously aging facilities.

Good location, opposite got 7-eleven and Lee Garden plaza only 1-2 minutes walking distance. Friendly hotel staff. Car park provided if you are driving to Hatyai. Clean room, window view from room.
