This is a simple hotel, but also very aged. Fortunately the rooms are very clean and beds are comfy. Just hope the owner(s) would make some effort to upgrade the place as it is definitely built on a very strategic location.

The room is quite comfortable. It's just the air conditioner is old and outdated and you're not just unable to adjust the temperature, but even worse you can't turn it off.

Just a reminder that there is no hose pipe in the lobby toilet. So, yeah.. Just settle it down before exiting your room.

I have never stayed in such a large room before. The room was large enough to hold a dance. I kid you not. The bathroom was a full bath (sink with full vanity, bathtub with shower and toilet). The room was rather run down, though. There were ***y marks and scuffs on the walls. The bathtub has several patches on the bottom of it and is sagged quite a bit when I took a shower. But the room was quiet. The wifi worked great. And the staff were very helpful. I would stay there again.

Nice place to stay. Cheap price and not too busy with vehicle and activities. Some say tell us the hotel got smells but not for us. Please use Grab car. More cheap than tuktuk.

The location is considered OK, although it is still far away from most of the POIs. Not to be mixed up with Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel (even some of the local driver can mix them up too), which is located exactly at the most strategic place.
Hotel rooms and the facilities are quite old, but still acceptable. Staff over there are quite friendly and nice. Recommended for those who don't mind a more vintage style of accommodation, and a few more walk.

The hotel was okay as it was affordable but you will face a few difficulty. First, their aircond was controlled very old style..and you will be inconvenient if there is water leaking at your room..

There is 2 lee garden hotel at hatyai..I stay at the old one. It is very hard to switch on the lights, need an assistant from housekeeper. Same goes for television. Water heater is not functioning. Lucky me as I stay there for 1 night only.
