The food is mediocre but I think you should give it a try if this is your first time. The vibe, music (there was a show by time we were there), and food is ok. I haven’t got the chance to buy any on the floating market because the environment was too crowded.

Nice market with lots of foods options. Opens 3pm on weekends. BUT note that the boats don't float in, they are permanently there and the sellers load them with produce from their cars. Also not very local, more for the tourists. Everything written in English as well.

Was there at 1pm on sun, and the place are hardly starting to setup the place. Left and came back in the evening. One of the more crowded area in hatyai and lotsa tourist. Things are consider cheap but most of the sampan seems to sell same things. Advise to walk to the either end for lesser queue. Can spend an hour here if you are in hatyai

Too many people. Crowded. Selling cheap clothes, souvenirs and imitation products. But the food always good. Big car park space provided. Busy on weekend.

So lucky, by the time we arrived here, not many people yet. After 30mins, it was crowded with tourist. Many thai food you can get from here. No worries, muslim friendly. Prayer room and toilet were clean.
