Hansa JB Hotel

This hotel is terribly old. Furnitures are full of dust and the room floor is made of a moquette which was stained. There is no hairdryer, no slippers, no bathrobe, and even the amenities in the bathroom are mediocre. The water took ages to turn into hot and I have also found 2 cockroaches. Regarding breakfast it was ridiculous...only few eggs, sausages and rice. It is definitely less than a 3 stars hotel.

The hotel lobby certainly gives the impression that this place is much grander than meets the eye. Every staff at this hotel is polite and have a nice smile on their faces when they saw us. The rooms are decent size but everything in it look as if it's from the 80's. The room rate is quite reasonable.

Stay here 3days 2nightsaverage hotelnear to hatyai town. Friendly staff who speak good English. Breakfast is excelent with just THB150 per pax for all you can eat in the morning. The ability to just go up to your room from these places is well worth considering, especially if you can get the hotel at a good rate.

A Fine, Centrally located, 4 star Hotel.
Having stayed at the centrally located JB Hansa Hotel [rated 4 stars] several times--- on different floors, I am having a problem understanding some of the other Reviews. The rooms [not the recently renovated ones] are large, have a good sized fridge, have many electrical outlets. We has a king size bed, that was very comfortable. The {free} parking is excellent, the WIFI is fast, unlimited and free, the restaurant- especially the International Buffet is first rate,... and one can walk to the largest market, a very interesting Buddhist Temple and other interesting attractions. We have also found the staff to be very "professional" and helpful... and the price is very low. We will continue to stay at this hotel when we next return to Hat Yai!!

Floors offer the very best standards available for the discerning traveller. Our 430 rooms and suites are tastefully decorated with local design and fabrics which blend in with the hotel's architectural design. Look Pla, as the wedding planner, consistently went above and beyond what was required and exceeded all of our expectations.

Reasonably well located but not central. There is a convenience store owned by the hotel right in front of the hotel. The bell boys gladly took care of our bikes and kept in in luggage storage room. The fish noodle place opposite is great too but to me it was just so-so.
