What can I say about this hotel...it is overall mediocre. From the outside It seems a modern and beautiful hotel and also the reception and lobby area is. When you go to your room you start to worry and ask yourself what's going on here...Bathtub leaking on the floor, bath towels very small and they can't you even give you an extra one when you gently ask for it. No shower gel, and duvet of really poor quality. Slippers are smelly and not plastic one. The buffet breakfast is horrible and cold. They don't even have tea! And the breakfast room is in the basement without even a window. So far the worst hotel in Hatyai.

The price was very reasonable for the hotel. Hotel location is very convinient to anywhere of central Hatyai. The check-in counter staff on Sep 25 morning and Sep 26 morning are extremely polite and friendly. The air conditioner was not consistent throughout the night. I was very impressed with the room.

I would say the hotel location is pretty good. The bathroom are slso renovated with new flooring and wall tiling Nice concept color. The breakfast buffet was great. Be careful of the taxi mafia in Hat Yai, they will rip you off trying to charge ridiculous prices for short journeys.

Used to be 1 if the best hotels in this southern Thailand city but have deteriorated so much that it's almost at a pathetic state compared to its former best. Rooms are old and hygiene and cleaniness is no longer it's selling point like previously. Carpark remained 1 of the best around hence the still reasonable rating. Recommended to give this a miss if you can as there are many new hotels that came about these last few years that gives you a better deal and location.
