What an energetic gym in Bangkok!! As I have never had background of Muay Thai skill before, trainers, ‘KhunKru’, lead me to get the very basic skills to intermediate level to know how to throw the right punch and proper kick. Great experience so far I would recommend to all you guys!!

I went here from Class Pass , the place is really nice. Friendly trainers , good equipment. Unfortunately I can't stay long enough to train here but I guess this is a good one to train. 4 rounds of padwork, you do warm up on your own tho. Recommend!

So I had arranged a private session via email with Yen, tuesday 27th september at t 8 am. When I arrive at the gym I find two people sleeping right at the entrante clearly hungover, because there was a bottle of whisky right there with some other open cans, who tell me class is at nine.
I insist politely and in Tahi it's at eight but again they say, without even looking at me or standing up, that it's at nine.
So I came all the way to the gym (30 min commute) to be here at 7.45 am with all my gear and all my expectations, to be treated like this.

This behaviour is VERY disappointing, not profesional at allí and very unpolite.

My fav place to go when i was living in thailand. Cheap and you will get your own personal trainer. The stuff are so friendly and respectful. Feel like family

Feel like home Gym with Friendly trainer.
Newly open Gym in Ratchada 19 which is the academy for both novice and professional boxers. The gyms offer both muaythai and MMAs with the local thai and imported trainer from brazil.

The owner are young and friendly who understand the needs and help you to achieve the target. The training fee is cheap and you can stay as long as you want in one sessions.

Don’t Miss out this place if have a chance to come to Bangkok to exercise.

Jitti is no longer a place to to learn muay thai. It has become a gym for fitness type of muay thai training for beginners. And I don't think it was good even for that. The session started with a warm-up, everyone did what they wanted for about 10 minutes. Then we hit 4 rounds of pads which was ok. After that I asked what's next they said the training is over. That was like 30 minutes total. It was possible to stay and continue by myself but any teaching after pads was considered extra and only for private sessions.
