I needed a place to stay during the outpatient recovery phase of my recent ankle surgery. The staff met me at the door with a wheelchair and fresh juice, and made sure I was given a room with accessible features like hand rails in the bathroom. Despite being heavily medicated and unable to get around very well, I had a very comfortable stay and never got bored of the room service. Portions were good-sized with a variety of Western and Thai options. Of course, if you're able to move around, the breakfast buffet on the main floor is outstanding (I also stayed here a few years ago and loved every morning I spent there).

Thank you so much to every staff member who helped take care of me during my recovery. The service was excellent. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok in the future. Convenient access to a main metro line, shopping mall, banks, and many dining options nearby. Also not far from the excellent Bangkok Hospital.

Good location, mediocre service, less choice for happy hour.
Room is new decoration on wallpaper but room layout, amenities and facilities are traditional.
Room smell the smoke even no smoking allowed, it might stick over the carpet on the aisle.

Great location. Good service. However I have to remove three stars.
1) they ignored my request for additional towels on the 2nd day despite making request over the phone
2) see the photos, this metal heavy object struck me in the head when I was closing the door as it was loose. I put it on the table and went outside. I thought they will repair it when they see it. To my major disappointment, they just put it back in place without any care for its next victim. I hope they change their ways after seeing this review.

Good Service at hotel and impression of the onsen on 12th floor. I very appreciate of front desk service since check in and check out which i get the room upgrade and recommended me to try the onsen . I enjoy during stay so much. Especially thanks to bellman K.Non for arrangement the taxi for me and cleary explanation for the directions.

Just this lunch at Chinese Restuarant ,Nan Yaun on the U Floor , Dim Sum.
Good services from all staffs.
Good taste, quality and varieties of foods.

Good hotel in a good location. Ideal for pre or post flight stopover in central Bangkok.
