Coffee and food was fine but nothing special in term of location and interior. Also very quiet place to work and read book.

Good coffee from Thai coffee farmers up in the north. :)) always good to be here sipping their filter coffee, listening to the baristas talking passionately about their brews and beans

Cold brew coffee was very good (~110 baht). Chicken and waffles (~200 baht) were a little too sweet for my palette, almost cake like. WiFi worked well and the interior was cozy.

Great coffee, I drink double espresso and they do a very good job. No burnt after taste.
Food is good, but come for the coffee above all else.

Very dirty.
Booked at beginning of September.
No knowledge of the booking on arrival.
Accepted us from the confirmation email, but wish they hadn't. There appears to be no real hotel.
We were taken across the car park to an apartment building. In the lift we asked the guy from the reception where the breakfast would be in the morning. He said... downstairs. When I asked where exactly, he said just come to the reception u0026 someone will show you. I asked about the fitness room, which is shown in the pictures. He said they didn't have one.
Once in the room, it got worse. Similar to the pictures, but very old u0026 shabby. I went to the window where the curtains were not closed properly, but the nets were. They were a gray colour. I opened them to look out of the window u0026 was covered in a cloud of dust. My hands looked like I had dipped them in Talcum Powder. The windows looked like they had never been cleaned since it opened. Lack of cleaning in a hotel is very, very bad, but during the COVID pandemic, it is verging on criminal!!!
We immediately checked out u0026 moved to the Swissotel,a real hotel just down the road.
Luckily I booked through Agoda, who have granted me a full refund after I contacted them. I m happy to make myself public, in case it is though that I am fake. My name is Nick u0026 my email is [email protected]
Just in case the management of the hotel want to contact me

A very unique coffeeshop in an unassuming part of ratchada. The story on the main board is what attracts me. Rich history of how defectors of the kuo min tang party seeked refuge in northern Thailand and gave rise to a generation of small scale coffee roasters.
Drinks were great, rich full flavour as you expect with doi sourced coffee and the place is just quiet to escape the madness outside for a minute or two.
Would definitely return.
