Friendly staff and order arrived quickly. Even though limited English still able to get what I ordered without any mistakes. Chicken cooked to perfection. Crispy and Crunchy. Only thing to add is the amount of sauce on chicken is a little tight. Could barely taste the soy garlic.

Bonchon Chicken is crispy flavored salty with choice of chilli sauce or ketchup and good for 1 person. However this is crowded area and order takes long time to be serve until you've no choice but to cancel it. Interior design is nice with English music. They accept credit card but must be 500. Employees , kids love it not pricey too. Staff are smiling.Highly recommended but not to rush hour like lunch and dinner because surely you lose your patient for long time poor services.

just like Bonchon standard... The staffs were ok.. usually here is not as busy as others, you should be able to get table without waiting but avoid prime time (lunch time and evening)

This place is delicious! It's a great Korean restaurant that specializes in tasty chicken wings. They have other food, too. There's usually about an hour wait, but you can sign up on their queue online. They pack a ton of tables into a very small place, but for some reason it doesn't feel overly crowded.
