Positive: Very convenient for those seeking budget accommodation for Ironman 70.3 Bangsaen. Just about 400 meters from the Heritage Hotel (race/expo venue). The AC worked great and the floors were tile so it didn't feel grimey like a carpet might. For the price, I have no complaints! Mama-san is also very nice and let us extend our stay. We did not experience any room service, i.e. our beds were not made and towels were not exchanged unless we asked for it, which I prefer.. Negative: Mattresses were very firm and slightly uncomfortable, but I got used to it. There are a lot of mosquitos hanging out (just the nature of Thailand) so you will want to leave windows and bathroom door closed. The downstairs eating area also had a lot of skeeters so we didn't stick around there too long for breakfast..
