Very Thai-esque. This resort mainly caters for Thai people. Rooms are quite good with a nice balcony facing the beach. The gym is quite spacious and nice. Breakfast buffet is okay.
Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Perfect location in Bangsane. Surrounded by food stalls and restaurants. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was nice and clean. It's an long established hotel so it's a bit rundown but nothing to complain. Big swimming pool decided between children pool and adult pool. Will defo come back if I happen to visit Bangsane.

The hotel used to be really great, but seams a bit run down now. Breakfast was very Asian which I did not mind, but the main thing is the coffee, which needs to be improved. They have got a great restaurant Aloha next door ???? if they can incorporate the service and the drinks menu into the hotel menu, for example by the pool, that would be a great addition to the service of the hotel. As currently there is not much to offer at the hotel apart from the breakfast and rom service offcause.

Wi-Fi speed about 7/7 Mbps each client.
Maximum 4 devices per 1 room for internet. (Room+First name)
Room is standard, A/C and TV work fine, Less power socket only at table.
Car parking available including EV stations.

7-Eleven is in front of the hotel.

the location was pretty good. not so far from Bangsean beach. but the room condition was too bad. there were not cleaned dust behind table, too noisy air conditioner. i couldn't sleep at all. the exterior was good, but i think it will be better room interior renewal.
there are no staffs near pooside. nobody but abandonded poolside bar.

Nice hotel, clean big room, nice balcony. Very friendly staff. Great location.
Would give it 5 stars, however:

Xenophobic attitude. The foreigner, living in Thailand, needs to prove vaccination status, while the Thai doesn't. Management seems not to be aware that the virus doesn't discriminate, only they do.

A la carte breakfast moved to their Aloha coffee shop to save costs, which makes sense. But except a few full of dairy and gluten (wheat) choices, no a la carte until 10.30 available. So basically management doesn't cater for food allergies for breakfast. Aloha plainly refused. Did however got, after some lengthy explanation, helped out at the buffet. Some staff is great.

The resort lacks enough signs to the lobby and swimming pool. Finding one's way is hard. No map of the resort available, not even online. Don't understand managements philosophy on this.
