I've been to a few of these and they never disappoint. We ordered some Thai food around the main course of the large pork knuckle. You will need someone to share this with unless you eat a lot. It fell apart in your mouth and the cracking was delicious. The beer was spot on, I had the lager.
A great place for a few friends to fine together.

Great place to hang out both for family and friends. Great service and decent food. Good craft beer. We were told that the food will be slow because it was mother's day and the place was packed but it wasn't so, which was great. It came in the right timing. Live band was superb. Loved it! A hidden gem of Chonburi.

The Modern style restaurant serving delish with Thai or Western Food . I appreciate and impressive in the thai and inter music live show every night. Atmosphere super comfortable in a taking care service. Hope to come back again.❤

I visited this great little restaurant and had a pork knuckle. The pork knuckle was excellent but the sauerkraut and mash was not very authentic, which is something I have found when ordering this dish at other restaurants in Thailand.

Had a weissbier to accompany my meal which was decent.

I would recommend this place to others and I will visit it again in the future.

I think this is the Ang Sila, Chonburi, branch of a German restaurant chain originally opened in Bangkok called Tawandang German Brewery. There are now many branches of that brewery all over Thailand, and even some overseas (Australia, I believe). The original branches were huge venues with a large variety of live music and a carnival atmosphere.

This branch is much more subdued, and is much smaller (dozens of seats instead of hundreds). This branch serves German food that has been altered for the Thai palate. Purists won't approve, but the food is at least German-inspired, similar to the beer offerings.

There is also a sushi bar right in the middle of the restaurant. (Yes, really.) Adjoining the restaurant is a coffee shop/bar. There definitely is a lack of uniform identity going on, but instead there is just a lot of different things that Thais enjoy stuck together. It sounds weird, but actually the place is nice. It has pleasant outdoor seating, cold beer and vaguely western food (among other varieties) at a not overly expensive price. Hard to find that combination in this area.
