If you are drunken from near beach area, here will be a good option. But this place is weak about noise. I had to wake up early in the morning every day by sounds from passengers and other rooms in the building. And this building is like a normal condo style in Thai. Soap bar, shampoo, and two towels were placed but no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no opener, and broken shower head.
On weekend I had to pay around 800฿ per night but I feel around 450฿ is enough. I have been stayed in beach area, that time I paid 1,000฿. Even though I consider to distance from beach here is no reason to get over my guessing price.

Nice, clean and quiet. 900 baht and 500 baht deposit for a room with double bed.

You'll probably have trouble finding the place as there are no signs in English anywhere and the place looks as (and is) a condo building more than a hotel. It's the entrance from the main road next to 7-eleven, with gates out towards the main road. No entrance from the other sois.

Good room, but parking spaces can be full. Got room on first floor and lights from outside cars kept coming through the curtains.

Very good location, convenient, has washing machine, drinking water vending machine, 7Elevent is very near. Not far from the department store and the beach. The room have cooking area and washing area too. But the staff is not much polite.

Better than ordinary 2 star hotel. Actually this is the dormitory for the student of nearby university.
