Good Location ,sea view, many small bistro near by but also noisy music from restaurant +bar. Room and breakfast OK

Good location, good design, good staff.
Close to Burapa university very convenience to do business in university. Nice view on roof, if you stay in sea view I think will got very good view. They have bathtub and balcony in room. In the night... it's very noisy from restaurant beside one until around midnight. If you need to stay here for fun is fine but if you need to relax in night time I don't recommend. Easy to find food around here by walk.

I think they have some problem (swing) about pressure in water pipe if they can improve it will be very good. And also A/C temperature I can't control... too cool in the night time.

Great, clean place. Beautiful exterior. Bed is big and very comfortable!! View is incredible of the gulf from most rooms, some rooms are on the side of the building (so is the pool, also pool is small) Staff is nice and accommodating. Every room has a little patio which is nice. Bathtub is amazing, has a window next to it, bathtub is small, but does fit two people if you try. Would highly reccomend!

We stayed in the sea view on the top floor. The room is very clean and comfortable with space and great view of the beach across the street. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. For breakfast they offer simple American breakfast, hame and cheese sandwich and Thai congee, which you can order as much as you can eat.

They only downfall might be that the beach is not so clean and lots of people come and party by the beach. We can hear the noise from the street at night.

Nice rooms, bathtubs are made for midgets.
Breakfast isn't anything special, the second day we passed on it... free was still over priced.

Staff is very friendly, Security is very helpful too.

Overall, it's a nice hotel.

Loving this place !
The room was nice and clean, also all of the staffs are friendly and willing to help you with ecerything.
The parking is a bit packed at night, but not that much of the problem with a helpful guardman.
Anyway, staying at lower floor might get a bit noisy at night (to dawn) in weekend.

Stylish architecture.Very nice,clean and rooms decorated with good taste.
Beach just across the street.
Stuff is polite yet a bit shy.
Positively surprised!
