Room is clean. Location is close to Laemtong shopping mall and Burapha university.

Staff tried to increase the room rate on me (not cool). And they were very unhelpful after check in, did not show me where or how to go. Another guest saw me looking lost and showed me to the elevators

Room is basic. No water kettle, no coffee or tea, no toiletries

Would not stay again.
Would not recommend.

It's very different from the picture.. It's good to just sleep. However, it is close to 711 and Laem Tong shopping mall, and there are many local restaurants around. You can't walk to Bangsen Beach

Good place to stay for 1 night.Rooms where clean and tidy.Was supplied with 2 bottles of water.Around the corner from shopping mall and food.Is not close to beach.Price when stayed 700b.

Nice budget hotel. Air-conditioning, hot water, wifi is unsecure tho, flat tv, fridge and good location.
