Hi,
Well, I generally don't give reviews on social media, in particular, negative reviews when it comes to school where the pupils are imparted education. However, I feel to be a responsibility.
I will give my review based on what I had experienced working with this school u0026 the staff (in particular the Foreign English Department).
I am an American Esl faculty. Have taught in three continents so far (In “The Middle East”, Asia which includes China likewise u0026 worked all Americas). I have around 4 years of academic teaching experience (Taught University students for more than 2 years, u0026 rest of the period served School u0026 kindergarten students).
My motive to visit Thailand was to explore a bit of culture, likewise to get some knowledge regards to religion (Buddhism), etc, therefore started working in the school to learn regarding u0026 immerse myself. However can’t speak about as a whole in regards to the school, that wouldn’t be fair. Following are the facts which experienced u0026 observed.
School, in general, is fine u0026 had a positive communication, however they have a bad habit of exaggeration in most of the things whether its social gatherings, or dealing with a foreigner (there is no space, they exaggerate in observing each u0026 everything which makes you almost uncomfortable to be with (even during lunchtime) u0026 likewise there is no acknowledgment.
Following teachers of the English department seem to be good teachers u0026 with “fine morals“ Ms. Rawiwan Sirichan, TP Nareekarn, Somsong u0026 likewise Kunlachart.
Teachers, I think who needs more proper training. I am not sure about the real names however the nick names are Jing, Crescent Monna Annette. They seem to be a joke. Sometimes they behave so cheaply :-), it's just laughable with no teacher aptitudes at all. If you end up to teach in this school u0026 the department, stay away from them. (not quite sure, how the heck she (Jing) is assigned to be the headteacher of the department, with no proper rational reasoning skills)
I tried to build meaningful relationships however it seems the English department lack social skills. In fact, my consistent practice was to arrive early, (1 hour ahead) so to be available as a teacher, to create lesson plans of each day for the students u0026 likewise be there in the morning assembly with them, have attached the Sign-In sheet for references, didn’t see any acknowledgment whatsoever. Two of the prior teachers arrived here to teach, left in the first week itself, I was the only teacher, taught for the first term here u0026 left.
In addition, would not brought it however good to be aware, some of the staff in the school here coerce you for having sex with them, I had a negative feeling while dealing with staff in the school library.
If you are an ESL teacher (Beginner, trying to gain experience), think twice before you step in to teach here at least in this department (weather is likewise hot u0026 humid).
