The place is ideal location near the walking street. You can hop on the public pick-up trucks or songthaew that ply occasionally around the area. The rooms are old but decently comfortable but not so well maintained and lack the aesthetic atmosphere. The towels are quite old and worn out. The TV in the room is miserable with poor channel s connection. This place has a safe parking space.

The rooms with balcony above the swimming pool are ok. should be renovated. The rooms were clean. Price level ok. Good, but expensive restaurant belonging to the Bang Saen Villa, across the road on a nice platform above the sea. Also nice to have the breakfast there.

I stayed here for 2 nights and was not overly impressed with the small apartments that we had. I did have a chance to see a couple of them up close and found the rooms to have a musty smell, not very clean and extremely outdated.

The staff were nice and friendly, and the restaurant was adequate.

Its an hour place for couples as I can say of my room. Can drive car infront of room. The room was simple, satellite but no western programs. Wifi pasword can get from reception. Bteakfast ok. At least if go early on nearby restaurant. Nightmarket near. Beach bit too far to walk. Unless small strip of beach is ok. Beware pool dangerously slippery. Small and cold water. Personel with no English skills.

Decent room but service not so good. And had a big noisy party.

Overall I think the place itself is great, deserve right to what we paid. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Room a bit old, I cannot eat pork asked for other option of breakfast but nothing offer
