Positive: I dint have breakfast because I'm early check in, but the staff is very helpful and friendly. I stay at the small room without view. The room with the view is good, I highly recommend to stay at the room with the view , but I stay at the smaller room, it's ok and value for cheap price. But if you extra just only 100-200 THB to get the better room.. Negative: I stay at the small room without view. it has nothing special and the terrace is shared to the other buildings (I'm afraid of privacy sometime).

Positive: I really like this hotel. Very clean, and the Owner very kind person. Location is very close to the beach and restaurant. Food shop even 7-11shop also there..

Very nice couple that run the small hotel. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. No elevator. I'd stay here again. Good value for the money
