Had a great stay at this hotel. Early check in was possible and there is car parking on site. A pool and gym area is right next to the coffeeshop / restaurant. The room was clean and spacious.

Booked thru Airbnb. Easy to check in and there are some staff that can speak English well. Extended for another night and it was smooth too. The rooms are clean and got no problems. The elevator is working well so its easy of you got heavy suitcase with you. There's pool and gym which is nice. The location is very quiet if you wanna get away with the hustle and bustle of BKK. Near Chatuchak market and some malls.

Wonderful stay - beautiful and clean room, friendly staff with great English. Great price, very safe with staff on gate 24/7, close to MRT and malls/food courts, many 7/11 nearby. Would absolutely stay again, the swimming pool is divine!

SUPER sweet and kind staff. The manager was very friendly to me unlike mentioned in other reviews. Clean apartments, daily room service, lovely pool, good facilities, gym. Quiet neighborhood. I was so sad when I had to leave..... I'll be back for sure

Very good deal. The pool is Great. Long enough for laps and extra levels just to sit around and cool off. Staff very nice. Room clean.

Be careful!! Before you decide to make the reservation for staying in this hotel, you have to prepare yourself for pretending to be strong mind to take the madness of the manager’s who was working afternoon u0026 night shift. He has such a bad voice of tone for unwelcoming together his rudeness of speech and language.

The situation is our reservation has been made successfully via booking.com allotment around 17.00 hrs. on November 23, 2021. When we have arrived to checking in at the hotel around 19.30 - 20.00 hrs, we were informed with unprofessional processes without checking information before yelling to us that they haven’t received our booking. The manager, he only said ”I don’t know.”

Well, I don’t think the owner would be expected to have such a mole to decrease the opportunity and reputation to glow and succeed on hotel business at The Lux Ladprao 10. All according review above was written to prevent our right as a customer who are risking to getting either bad or good services.
