This guesthouse is special and different. The rooms are very nice and comfortable.
Also the manager is very kind and its interesting and fun talking to him, how he travels with his children to many countries. The breakfast is very good and everything is very nice and clean. The stay is awesome for this price and very recommendable!

I'm defnitly recommend the SAMs Guesthouse! I am also from germany and half thai like the children of the manager. I enjoyed the staying in the interesting guesthouse. Rooms are clean and nice. I liked listening to the manager of the guesthouse about his family and experience about travelling, he is nice.
Location is good, I could take a good walk to the biggest asia Chatuchak Market. Not to expensive for this stay!

This is a real friendly place to stay which has great service and a good atmosphere. The rooms are really clean well maintained.
It is only a few minutes to market of city, a variety of restaurants for people to choose and reasonable prices.

Idyllic laid back in small lane but right near big road shopping centers banks. Between Rachadapisek night markets and entertainment venues, the big 3 parks and weekend market. Easy to get there from either airport by bus 555. Skytrain subway nearby. Rooms cheap with big kitchen and well stocked library small business center. Run by eurasian family.

Stayed there for 2 nights. George. German ownervis very kind. Tbe place is quiet, clean and very affordable. Close to bus station and Chatuchak park. I had a very pleasant stay there

Nice Guesthouse owner is so accommodating . Got rooms for any budget and a library and business center where you can print and work. Walking distance to weekend market

This place is right nex door other homestay. We had to stay longer and were happy not having to go far. Same style homestay but have also more privacy and rooms with privat bathrooms
