I have many bad expereiences at this hospital.
Firstly, when I came to clean wound, it took me 2 hours for waiting as Doctor didn't come yet. The number of patients increased from 5 people to around 20 people without any services from hospotal and need to wait until doctor came.

Secondly, most of stuffs dobt have service mind at all. They didnt want to help anything about patients concerns.

This is the very worst hospital. The service attitude of the staff is very bad. It takes a long time to see a doctor. Parking is difficult. You are also not allowed to park in the hospital with a baby in the car. Although there are plenty of parking spaces. The reasoning of the staff is that your car is small. Parking in the hospital is not allowed. Doctors and nurses do not have any productivity when examining the body. Nurses and nurses are chatting while they work. Doctors and nurses are cold and reluctant to talk to you. Showing disgust when asking nurses questions. This is a chain hospital brand, and there are really big loopholes in management. Make a bad impression on everyone.

I have been using this hospital for over ten years and always had good treatment here , including an endoscopy and an overnight stay for an early morning colonoscopy. I have found all the staff to be very competent and professional. Although the hospital changed hands a year or two ago ( used to be the Mayo ) most of the medical staff are the same and they have maintained all my records from previous visits.
The hospital itself has been given a thorough makeover and is spotlessly clean. Best of all the prices are very reasonable when compared to other private hospitals. The dental department is also second to none especially Doctor Hemawan who speaks good English.
This last is possibly the only weakness of the hospital as many of the staff speak little or no English. Not a problem for me but if you don't speak Thai bring a translator

Paolo Hospital Kaset is located in Sena Nikhom Area (can be easily accessible from BTS Sena). The hospital used to be called "Mayo Hospital". Incase, your taxi driver doesn't know Paolo Kaset, you may inform him "Formerly Mayo Hospital @ Sena"

There's several building inside, be sure to know where you are going first prior to arrival.

Good service from admin team and nurses from start to finish.

Was there for dermatology allergy diagnosis (Psoriasis). The doctor is very knowledgeable. Kind and helpful. Straight to the point.

Due to its a private hospital, charges and fees are reasonable.

Even I can provide all documents to proof my identify, I can't obtain my own medical record unless I fly to Thailand just to fill the paper form. It's 2021. It's covid time. And not everyone in the world is living in Bangkok. Please learn how to use E-mail.

A long running private hospital in Senanikom area. Now it is a BDMS member. Paolo Kaset provides every essential medical services. The hospital consists of a few buildings. Medical personnel are experienced and admin staff are very helpful. Recommended.

Stayed 2 nights for surgery in March 2021.
Nothing to blame. Service care and medical treatment were impressive.
