I have been a fan of Ootoya for over 10 years or maybe more. I havent visited the restaurant since the pandemic starts.

However, I think the taste has dropped a bit. It’s not as good as before but it’s still acceptable.

Also, the staffs are not following the order that much this time. They have forgot my order twice that I have to asked for.

Anyways, it’s still on my favourite list.

It's ok, a bit pricey. Recommend grilled fish, steamed egg, and tofu salad.

Keep me wait in front of the restaurant so long without telling anything.
After ordering also wait for the food so long.
This is not the first time (third time) that I experienced this bad welcome from Central Ladproa branch.

However, the food is good.

Please improve the above comments. I visited other branches as well but never found the same problem.

Good food. Service nice, it was not long even few reviews mentionned it.
It's a little expensive and you must add 10% Service and 7% Taxe.

Bad smell welcomes you on the entrence, very slow service continues the picture and final touch - i can't eat this food. Tastless rice, Meat tasted like it was rotten and they tryed to mask it with spices. May be this is how it suppose to be? I don't know, but i cant eat this.
