Professional and friendly staff. They have been prompt on solving every problem with a smile. The tuk tuk service provided from the hotel to the sky train very useful to move around the city. Some details on the facilities a little update. However I will recommend staying in Northgate hotel.

Terrible hotel. Poor service. Bad rooms. On a main road so very noisy.
Rubbish in the pool.
Another hotel in Thailand that claims to be 4 star but really a 1 or 2 star

I just spent only one night, it's clean, have large room and bathroom and staff very kindly.

Great location for us, close to a good shopping centre and good coffee. Rooms were 4 star with firm beds (but softer than a 3 star place we tried last time) and decent bedding. Hot water was the main problem as it comes and goes once you’re in the shower. Not too bad really. Enjoyable varied breakfast and excellent staff.

Clean, nice welcome. Swimming pool and tennis court on top.
Personnel don't speak English that much..
Breakfast : good quality but must be taken before 0930 since they close at 1000 and start to pack up sooner.
Beware of cabs without meter. They will charge you 2 times the real fare...

nice, big room with balcony, but location is 5 mins walking to super market
