I studied at Satit Kaset between 1994-2006. The school used the Montessori method since it was not this popular. We played a lot. We had very good lessons in art, music, housework (e.g. cooking, sewing), gardening, acting (~2 hours a week) from grade 1 to grade 9. Most of the teachers are very competent.
We got a lot of different subjects to choose for our elective class (around 8 hours a week in high school); from coding to art, from wood handcraft to mathematical proofs.
Students are encouraged to speak in public. We had all the time, at least once a week, for every subject, to present work in front of the classroom/ promotion or even the entire school. This is a very important skill in professional life afterward.
English is also very well taught here. They used (back then) methods of Oxford or Cambridge universities. In grade 12, we were at the upper-intermediate or advanced English level. We had 1 hour a week with a native teacher and even with Thai teachers. The methods were in English only.
Lots of green space, too. Very comfy and peaceful.
