i had used them to book activities when travel to thailand since 2014. All the time had no problem. Infact back in 2020 i had booked with them and was not able to travel because of covid, they refunded my money minus a little processing fees. I dont know why many negative remarks. I had no issues with them and found their website prices for certain activities is way cheaper.

After reading so many negative reviews, I thought would post my own as have used them many times and never had any issues

I have never booked a tour but have booked tickets to Attractions such as the Bkk Aquarium u0026 Maddam Tusards in Bangkok ect. I have never had any issues, The only annoying thing is you must book 24 hours in advance to get, But they are heavilly discounted if do!

They are a bunch of crooks and dishonest people. They take your money and not perform the services and refuse to refund your money back. Don't book with them. I would have given 0 star if possible. No wonder they are cheap because they get away without performing what they are suppose to do and make profits. By initiating lies upon lies. They even gang up with the hotels to lie. Don't get scammed like us.

Conned and short-changed by hotels2thailand tour guide
We had the worst tour guide ever when we booked the Bangkok Safari and Marine World tour via hotels2thailand. He introduced himself as Tai. He immediately stopped talking when we interrupted him to ask questions at the safari tour. He sulked and was sarcastic throughout. At the marine world, he recommended we got the river boat 300baht/pax. But it was a total waste of time and money. Then he pulled his worst stunt of all. He disappeared after getting us tickets to the various shows and never showed up except briefly at lunchtime and at going home time. We made our way to all the shows and restaurant ourselves. We had never had such an appalling "tour guide" in any of our experiences ever. We will never book with unreliable hotels2thailand again.

Planned Ocean World - Sealife u0026 Madame Tussauds for a day u0026 Marine Park - Safari World on the next day. It was too good.

We booked three activities on this website. Safari World in Bangkok, Splash Jungle Water Park in Phuket and Siam Niramit Phuket. It was a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect.
