Nice hospital for your pets, its an old building but still good, most of animals are very chill and looks clean overall. Maybe a bit long queue system and not very clear instructions but doctors are friendly and helpful. Handy parking available.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Not professionally at all. Highly not recommended.

Management Part:
Terrible manner from reception staff. Even though there are tons of customer. They just hang around and talking about a lottery.

Got an appointment at 16:00
So I be on time, but when I’ve arrived, there is no a single of staff at all.
At the end we found out they start the process after 17:00

How come you make an appointment during a break!?

Doctor Part:
First I know we can’t blame all of the organization because only 1 person.

Still I got a very bad treatment from cat’s eye section.

My cat have been treated a week. It’s not respond well with the medicine they gave. (It seems to be getting worse). I try to consulted with another doctor and tell them about the info I got and opportunities that my cat may not be a good idea to continually with the current medicines.

They didn’t seems to be care at all about me or other opinionated. The respond I received was “do you wanna cure or not? If not why do you come”.

Common is that normal for here to treated your customer like this!?

I’d say it’s the worst.

Also after lots of treatments with other doctor. I got many confirmation that the current medicine have a high potential to having a bad effect with my cat.

It’s so disappointed and scary at the same time.

I think only reason they can still run this business is just from Kasetsart reputation.

I see no reason these low quality of hospital and service can still be on going.

We had an appointment time which meant no queueing or extended waiting. All the staff are very good indeed, love the work they do and try everything to help your animal. Prices are good considering you are getting first class service from highly qualified and trained staff. Has free multi storey car park ???? . An overall excellent facility.

Went to the exotic vet to check on my rabbits eye issue. You need an appointment beforehand. Will still wait long in the queue.

Cheap and thorough service.

The best animal hospital you can go to. I have operate my dog in stomack. Have stay at hospital for 7 day,s in the moment. Everything be well so fare. My best freind dog(name Torro) and also my wife end i be taken good care of. Got everyday photo update in the morning. Visst my dog in afternoon at hospital. First get total update from animal doctorand got anser of your questions. Than you could visst your freind.

Good quality of doctor, nurse and vet specialist. Good standard and Systematic Seevice. A bit long queuing for morning time.
Building for parking available.

I'm BEYOND GRATEFUL with the service we're getting at Kasetart Veterinary Hospital. I cannot speak Thai but Vets and students take the time to translate everything for me. My dog is being super well looked after! I cannot be happier on how fast they acted and they're always telling the best options. I highly recommend it ????
